At HTR Rubber and Foam, many processes can be applied to materials that start as roll or sheet materials.
This includes making materials self-adhesive or combining different materials through heat lamination, such as cellular rubbers, cross-linked polyethylene foams (PE), polypropylene foams (PP), solid rubber, silicone rubbers, polyether and polyester foams (PU foams), PVC foams and felt materials, as well as ‘High-Performance Foams’ (foams with exceptional dynamic properties); the possibilities at HTR are truly vast.
Many processes are offered at our modern factory in Eindhoven, such as cutting, punching, kiss cutting (punching through the material, through the adhesive layer but up to the liner), spooling, punching, heat and cold
lamination, thermoforming, vacuum forming, etc.
HTR not only has multiple lamination lines for making various materials self-adhesive with a pressure-sensitive adhesive (adhesive layers from various brands) but also a specially developed hot-melt adhesive line for economical application of hot-melt adhesive layers.
A state-of-the-art machine park ensures that HTR can take care of many processes for you flexibly, quickly and economically.
For example, HTR combines self-adhesion, cutting to width (on tape), cutting to length and continuous in-line printing in one operation.
HTR has invested in a 13-head print unit that can continuously print a logo or marking on flat materials during the production process.
