Moulded hoses
Moulded hoses can take on just about any shape and are durable thanks to the properties of rubber. Due to their flexibility, moulded hoses can easily compensate for tolerances. The rubber also prevents vibrations and saves weight and costs compared to metal, for example.
Our customers use moulded hoses for fluid-tight connections, air intake hoses, turbo hoses, cooling water hoses and fuel hoses, among other things.

Custom moulded hoses in large quantities
Large series of moulded hoses made entirely of rubber can be offered by producing them in injection moulds. Complex shapes, different types of rubber (depending on the application), hardness and specifications are all possible.
However, if inlays are needed (due to a required working pressure or burst pressure), if a side hose needs to be attached to a hose, if it has a varying diameter or if a metal valve is needed, etc., then the moulded hoses are made on a mandrel.
Here, all different types of rubber such as EDPM, NBR, silicone, Viton (Fluor elastomer), etc. can be used and can of course also be produced in large series.
If moulded hoses consist of one diameter and a constant thickness, they can also be extruded, possibly with an inlay, and then placed on a shaping mandrel if necessary, to give them a certain shape.

For smaller quantities, the moulded hoses are made on a mandrel
The hoses are manually built up and then vulcanised in an autoclave. Most small quantities of moulded hoses are made in our branch in India, so the costs remain manageable.
