Moulded parts
Moulded parts in all types of rubber
We deliver moulded parts in all types of rubber such as EPDM, chloroprene, nitrile, natural rubber, silicone, NR, Viton, etc.
We have the knowledge and experience to provide moulded parts for any conceivable three-dimensional shape. Customisation is the norm for moulded parts. Interested in having moulded parts made? Contact us for a proposal.
Production techniques
We produce moulded parts by injection moulding, compression moulding, transfer moulding or LSR. Moulded parts that combine rubber and metal are also common. The rubber is then vulcanised onto the metal in the mould. The connection between the two materials is unbreakable.
Injection moulding
During injection moulding, a quantity of unvulcanised rubber is automatically injected into a mould under high pressure.
Compression pressing
In compression pressing, a pre-weighed amount of rubber is manually placed in a mould, then pressed into the correct shape using pressure.
Transfer pressing
Transfer pressing is a variant of compression pressing. The operation is the same as with compression pressing, except that the compression moulding is not placed directly in the mould. The rubber is pressed into the mould using a tamper.
LSR (Liquid Silicone Rubber)
LSR is a fully automatic two-component liquid silicone mixture, which is injected into a mould under temperature and high pressure. The specific characteristics allow for very small dimensions and very thin walls. These parts are produced completely separately from other types of rubber and are always fully tempered so that the entire process is closed off.
All shapes possible
There are no restrictions on shapes. For example, we deliver crystal-clear transparent parts, foamed moulded parts, bellows and protective covers. We also provide moulded parts with varying diameters or wall thicknesses.
Naturally, everything is delivered according to the agreed standards and tolerances.
