What will you be working on?

  • Further market development : Identify and analyze new opportunities in our global market.
  • Main markets : Main markets to be served are automotive, heavy duty (off road ) and HVAC.
  • Customer Relationship Management : Maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing customers.
  • Strategic activity : Actively contribute to HTR’s positioning and marketing approach based on market insights.
  • Exhibitions & events : Representing Polybond and HTR at national and international exhibitions.
  • Forecasting & reporting : Monitoring market trends and preparing various reports for management.

Who are you?

  • HBO working and thinking level, preferably in a commercial (technical) direction.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a business development or international sales position within the rubber industry,
  • Experience in vibration damping is an absolute plus .
  • You can work independently and are driven to grow our turnover.
  • You are able to both build and score.
  • You speak and write fluently in Dutch and English (German is a plus).
